The artwork comprises one large metal whistle and forty-four clay soccer boots. The artwork uses play as metaphor for daily life. The monumentality of the whistle is symbolic of the power of values and principles of life in contemporary societies. Therefore, the soccer game/sport is a metaphor for life, wherein its rules are enforced by the whistle as reference for these values and principles of life.
